Hi
My name is Ben Hewlett-Davies. I am 18 years old and I am a classically trained Bass Trombone player. I am currently preparing to start my course at Birmingham Conservatoire principal study Bass Trombone which starts in September 10. At the moment I am based just outside Nottingham. I currently have achieved Grade 8 Bass Trombone, Grade 8 Piano and Grade 5 Theory.

I have done some paid orchestral playing within the last 2 years and wish to do more. Some of the pieces I've played include, Vaughn Williams-London Symphony, Haydn-The Seasons, Dvorak-Stabat Mater, Jenkins-Stabat Mater, Jenkins-The Armed man and Mozart-Requiem (Tenor and Bass)

I am also building up my solo repetoire and looking towards doing a Diploma.

Will play in any ensemble as long as there is no improvisation. Includes Brass Bands
